Job responsibilities:
1. Leading or participating in SAP-related business units and IT SAP coordination team in the project implementation process to ensure the project on time, quality and quantity, and completed on budget;2. According to the company and departmental operational goals, define and implement a few key objectives;
3. Develop factory SAP related budget plan and control costs;
4. Based on internal customers, management and related business needs, determine the needs of the project and regular annual review;
5. collect and receive user feedback to improve the existing system program or organizational development;
6. Based on the system means to coordinate the process of continuous improvement-related business;
7. Organize internal customer satisfaction survey and take appropriate corrective action;
8.SAP user training and related documentation.
Job requirements:
1. Fluent in spoken and written English;2. grasp common ERP software such as SAP;
3. Familiar with MS Office, including Excel, Word, Project, Visio, etc;
4. have relevant experience in project management;
5. Have relevant experience in process improvement;
6. With good customer management and communication skills;
7. have the basic financial / cost knowledge;
8. over seven years of experience in machinery manufacturing industry, to understand the manufacturing process requires the elevator industry is a plus.
