Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for project investment program (including project annual investment plan, investment strategy program, rent levels, business conditions are determined) and the organization of the assessment;
2. Co-ordination, planning and commercial project investment work plan and budget;
3. organizational arrangements to implement the investment plan, in charge of the negotiations focused on business;.
4. Organize the implementation of relevant investment management systems, processes, construction, and implementation;
5. responsible for the accumulation of business resources, establish a complete commercial archives, unified management main shop business resources;
6. The main shop is responsible for the investment of the early contact, clear main store requirements;
7. Drafting main shop lease, to participate in its negotiation, audit and contract work;
8. responsible for communicating with the main store, clearly the main shop preliminary technical conditions, coordination, follow-up planning and design department and the main store specific technical docking.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor real estate, marketing, business administration, business management degree or above;
2. Engaged in business management for more than five years of work experience;
3. Familiar with commercial real estate projects and investment operations management processes;
4. proficient in all types of businesses siting requirements, familiar commercial project planning, layout and other professional businesses off the bit of knowledge;
5. Have strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, be able to complete the project investment and commercial business negotiation work independently.
