Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for recruitment, supervision and training, performance management, compensation and benefits of the implementation of each module;
2. optimize human resources integration and human resource structure;
3. good administrative co-ordinate arrangements for the administrative work of various departments to co-ordinate the management company;
4. Establish a good working relationship with the government and other relevant agencies, promptly and properly handle all types of emergency situation;
5. Other leadership arrangements related work.
Job requirements:
1. business administration, human resources, administration, or related professional college education;
2. Age between 30-40 years old, more than five years of personnel and administrative management experience;
3. Have the qualification of human resources management, management workers have priority for the automotive industry;
4. Understand the modern clothing industry, human resource management, human resource management function modules each have a more in-depth understanding, familiar with the relevant state policies, laws and regulations;
5. Have knowledge of financial management, human resource management and administrative costs in a planned and the ability to control;
6. strong planning and implementation capacity executed; affinity, with strong motivation, communication, coordination and team leadership skills.
