Job responsibilities:

1, participate in establishing the system of project management, including project management system, norms and standards

2, responsible for project management experience, establishing, perfecting and summarized data, templates, and used widely within the enterprise

3, work planning, project execution plan, staffing plan, work breakdown structure, cost plan, etc., and submitted to the superior, and be submitted to company for approval

4, leadership plan, organize and control the work of the project, to achieve the project goals

5, understanding the general effort of the every day, and each department work progress, and allocate tasks according to actual situation

6, at all stages of a project life cycle, tracking, check the quality of the team members work

7, guarantee the standardization and normalization of project/activity

8, is responsible for organizing the project review committee members to participate in the project in the evaluation of different stages

9, responsible for the entire project stakeholders (customers, superior leadership, team members, etc.) of the relationship between coordination

10, is responsible for measurement and analysis of project progress, release related project analysis report regularly

11, the configuration management and project planning

12, at the end of the project, to produce a work, organize a variety of related documents
