Job responsibilities:
1. The new engine factory into production plant;2. recruit and train local labor;
3. Install plant & equipment;
4. Follow the principles of lean manufacturing maintenance facility;
5. Management of production and strive to achieve 100% on-time delivery;
6. Ensure compliance with local codes statute;
7. Ensure robust Health & Safety concept.
Job requirements:
1. degree in mechanical engineering technology;2. Understand the automotive industry APQP and PPAP procedures;
3. Lean principles;
4. Good command of English and computer skills;
5. Good negotiation and communication skills;
6. At least 5 years experience working in the automotive industry;
7. familiar with TS16949 quality system;
8. master machining and assembly test equipment.
