Job responsibilities:
1. The time to develop the appropriate packaging material according to the product listing;2. New product packaging materials development and validation;
3. Product BOM creation and change control;
Technical support and pilot production of packaging materials 4. verification;
The product solutions, responsible for product concepts, brochures and promotional materials, such as copywriting;
6. collect customer feedback information related to the packaging structure, and process and improvement;
7. familiar with ISO9001 and ISO22716 system implementation work;
8. concern industry laws and regulations, promptly corrected copy on the product packaging, to avoid the associated risks.
Job requirements:
1. More than 3 years of work experience, familiar daily chemicals / health care products manufacturing and packaging equipment and technology;2. Be familiar with the characteristics of different packaging materials, such as hoses, plastic bottles, PET bottles, labels, cartons, bottles, cans, cartons, etc.;
3. Familiar with IE method to assess the stability of the process and equipment;
4. familiar with the equipment and the matching process, the ability to analyze recipes, equipment and packaging individual characteristics to solve the problem;
5. For new products need to invest in new equipment or new production lines, can organize or cooperate with relevant departments to complete on time;
6. familiar with the equipment, the plant requires cleanliness requirements and certification requirements, food or pharmaceutical grade production equipment.
