Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development of the design plan and design the project structure part of the mission statement, to ensure the structural design of the safety and economy;2. Responsible for project structure part design and construction design, to ensure the design quality and progress, professional advice;
3. Assist in the audit project structure professional design changes, with construction engineering technology to solve the problem;
4. Participation selection and product standardization work related to engineering materials, audit and control project costs.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor key university buildings, structures and higher education, with a structural engineer qualification is preferred;More than 2.3 years of well-known real estate development enterprises or institute relevant work experience, familiar, including villas, houses, high-rise, commercial property and other types of structural design elements;
3. Familiar with the development trend of the domestic and international areas of expertise, with a solid theoretical foundation and technical knowledge, proficiency in computer graphics design program.
