Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for market research, coping strategies proposed for the commercial market changes and the need to compete;2. Responsible for project planning product positioning, business promotion related to management, investment management, and operations management;
3. Responsible for project planning, layout, selection of business and settled down;

Job requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate and above, real estate, marketing or related field;2. Familiar with commercial real estate a variety of formats (department stores, specialty markets, shopping centers, etc.), with more than five years of large shopping malls, department stores, commercial real estate preparatory and post-operational global management experience;
3. Familiar with the basic business model of commercial real estate and the whole process of operation of the process, with extensive experience in planning research and product positioning, good planning, layout, business, commercial projects fall;
