Job responsibilities:
1. Assist General Manager of technical management;
2. Assist in the development of strategic planning, general manager of technology management company, submitted to the Board for consideration and is responsible for implementation;
3. The introduction of the US-led TUG technology products to the joint venture plant, including products and new product development, technical drawings digestion, production process planning, new product CAAC and client authentication;
4. Assist the General Manager in charge of participating in a joint venture to build the plant, including production layout planning, production line, production line testing, prototyping, etc;
5. with relevant government authorities, auditing agencies, other external agencies to establish and maintain good relations, and deal with related business;
6. assist the plant manager for production management, including process improvement, daily technical development, production equipment maintenance and so on;
7. Participation in the development of performance indicators and performance evaluation management standard factory technical management personnel, and is responsible for assisting the jurisdiction of the factory and technical management assessment;
8. timely completion of other work assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. Education: machinery, automobile, vehicle engineering and other auto-related undergraduate degree or above;
2. Training experience: trained R & D management, project management and other aspects;
3. Work Experience: 5 years and above the automotive industry experience in technology management positions, the airport or in the field of special vehicle OEMs priority technical management of relevant work experience, with new plant construction experience preferred;
4. Expertise: Familiar mapping software, with special vehicle product technology management, production equipment and other expertise;
5. skills: complete control of the automobile industry development direction, familiar airport and other areas of special vehicle technology management processes, procedures and points; has good technical management experience and business negotiation skills; familiar with computers and various office software;
6. Professional qualifications: CET above;
