工作职责：
Major Responsibilities：
1、世界级制造团队联络窗口；
Window person with WCM central team.
2、监控扩展计划和各领域活动的进展深度，使其符合世界级制造系统要求及所审批的实施计划要求；
Monitoring plans for expansion and depth of the various pillar coherent with the requirements of the gate and in line with the WCM development plan approved by the GM’s.
3、组织标准化及改善活动；
Leading the standardization and improvement activities.
4、聚焦改善领域负责人；
FI pillar leader .
5、确保WCM方法与技巧的推广、实施按既定方案推进。
To assure the diffusion and the implementation of the techniques and methodologies of the WCM in coherence with the defined program.
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上
Bachelor degree and above
2、电气、机械、汽车专业等
Electric , mechanical and vehicle major ect.
3、6年以上汽车制造业制造相关工作经验，其中1年以上世界级制造工作经验
At least 6 years in manufacturing activity spent in the automotive sector of which minimum 1 years of experience WCM.
4、需具备较强的组织及领导能力、协调能力、分析判断能力。
