工作地点：常州
工作职责：
1.Quality & Environment management system implementation and improvement upon ISO9001/ ISO14000 standards as well as relevant requirements.
2.TS implementation according to HQ plan.
3.Change control implementation and final approval.
4.Quality, environmental, health & safety relevant supports to other Danfoss China factory upon request.
5.Provide professional communication to customer, local authority, HQ etc. on environmental & safety related information.
6.Qualify new supplier.
7.Define and improve qualification of components initial sample (Control plan, tools, KPIs).
8.Manage incoming inspection, develop incoming control plan and follow up supplier quality performance.
9.Manage quality in process and final inspection and ensure the product quality.
10.Develop product performance control plan and implementation.
11.Ensure all measure devices are calibrated according to required standard.
12.Customer claim handling.
13.Manage and develop a talent team, training up people to a higher level.
14.Prepare budget plan and budget control.
任职要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing discipline.
2.Above 8 years working experience and minimum 5-year experience in a similar function or position in Machinery Industry company.
3.Good English both in speaking and writing.
4.In depth knowledge of statistical techniques and quality improvement tools.
5.Sound understanding of quality management systems such as ISO9000, ISO 14001, TS16949 with the ability to audit all areas of system requirements.
6.Computer literacy; familiar with Windows operating systems and office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power-point.
7.Lead auditor trained.
