工作职责:
1) Hunt, develop, generate and identify business opportunities, focus on machinery and equipment OEMs, electronic manufacturing, industrial end users and architectural industry etc.;
开发新的业务机会,主要针对机械设备行业、电子制造、工业领域终端用户、建筑工业领域等;
2) Maintain effective and successful relationship with existing key customers and partners;
与现有关键客户和业务伙伴保持有效及成功的战略合作关系;
3) Manage, evaluate, develop and train the regional dealers;
管理、评估、开发以及培训区域经销商;
4) Develop strategic relationships with direct/indirect customers and local dealers;
与包括直接客户、间接客户以及经销商在内的多方伙伴建立长期的战略合作关系;
5) Consolidate regional sales plan by consistently follow-up, and achieve the assigned sales targets within the designated regions or industries;
持续跟踪客户以巩固并建立相应的销售计划,在指定的区域或者工业领域完成既定的销售目标;
6) Work with engineering team to offer proposals/solutions to meet customers' needs and expectation, support Waldmann product development strategy;
与工程技术部门保持密切合作,提供最佳产品/解决方案以满足客户的需求,支持沃达迈产品发展战略;
7) Internal coordination with operations, production, logistics and quality departments to provide good service to customers;
与公司内部运营、生产、物流、质量等部门密切协调,为客户提供最佳服务;
8) Actively work to gain market intelligence, including information on customer's requirements, competitors' activities, industry trends etc.;
积极搜集有效市场讯息,包括客户需求、竞争对手活动、行业发展动态等等;
9) With supporting from Financial Department, be responsible for following up and collecting the account receivable in accorandce with project process;
在财务部门的配合与支持下,根据项目进程,负责跟踪及回收应收账款;
10) Other tasks assigned by the team & company.

任职要求:
1) Education: College or above degree, major in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, Engineering or business administration is preferred;
学历:大专及以上,电子、自动化、机械、工程或者商务管理专业优先;
2) At least 5+ years relevant working experience in Sales with at least one of relevant industries such as electronics, automation, machinery, engineering, architecture, lighting industries etc.;
包括在电子、自动化、机械、工程技术、建筑、灯具照明等任一工业领域内有至少五年以上工作经验;
3) Sound technical knowledge combined with experience and a passion for selling value of complex and consultant intensive technical solutions rather than merely a product;
具备专业的技术背景知识与销售技巧相结合的复合型销售人才;
4) Experience of managing complex sales cycle with B-to-B selling process in multinational companies;
具有跨国企业B2B业务销售经验;
5) Experience of dealing with industriall OEMs and industrial end users;
具有与工业领域OEM以及工业领域终端用户开展业务合作的经验;
6) Experience of territory business development and dealer management;
具有区域业务拓展以及经销商管理经验;
7) Can work under pressure independently, willingness to go on frequent business trips, and valid driving license is preferred;
能够在压力下独立开展工作,并且愿意频繁出差,有驾照者优先;
8) Good command of written & spoken English;
英语水平良好;
9) Strong intercultural awareness with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, open mind to share with others;
出色的沟通、演示以及商务谈判技能,性格开朗,乐于与人分享;
10) With team work spirit;
