工作职责：
1. This role will cover OEM and transmission customers;
2. Regular contact with existing customers;
3. Prepare project led by Senior manager and support by Technical team, including technical content, project
4. Technical and commercial negotiation of contract;
5. Get contract details agreed and ready for signature;
6. Managing Project;
7. Manage the technical content of the project by leading the technical team;
8. Responsible for project budget;
9. Responsible for running projects; ensure customer payments according to schedule;
10. Closely cooperate with Marketing team for market and customer information: feed
11. back data and information for analysis;
任职要求：
1. Masters or Bachelor degree in Engineering;
2. 3-5 years engineering working experience in power train area in China Auto industry;
3. PM and OEM experience is a plus;
4. Good business acumen; understanding of transmission and automotive market in China;
5. Good knowledge of Sales process in China (for engineering consultancy);
6. Strong project management skills; understanding of project management techniques
7. and methods;
8. Fluent English;
9. Leadership skills; can motivate, inspire and lead a team (in particular non-direct reports);
