工作职责：

1.      Line equipments maintenance and trouble shooting on production floor;

2.      Responsible for own process FOR improvement and process Utilization improvement;

3.      Support on the new project schedule to achieve customer requirement;

4.      Develop assembly processes concept for new products;

5.      Responsible for new station set up or new machine installation, Do the final acceptance;

6.      Responsible for new production line related tools, fixture and spare parts management and line release;

7.      Owner of documentation,and regular update of documents (PFMEA, Control plan, TPM, WI, etc.);

8.      Prepare and train operators or technician, maintenance staff for new or improved production station and equipment;

9.      Support on the production quality control and lesson learn;

10.   Support on the internal audit and customer's audit.
