委托职责:Area Sales Manager - East China

工作职责:
1. Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products, and reaching the targets and goals set for the specific area – China East.
2. Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
3. Servicing the needs of existing customers.
4. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
5. Compiling sales figures and budgeting for customer.
6. Collecting customer feedback and market research for further analysis.
7. Reporting to Regional Sales Manager.
8. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
9. Base office in Suzhou.
10. Availability to overnight stays away from home.
11. Participate to conferences, events and exhibition in the area assigned or other areas according to company requests.
Time to time can be requested to travel to overseas headquarter for trainings and other events;
任职要求:
1. Business, Finance, Engineering, Sales, or similar degree are preferred.
2. 3 – 5 years experience in sales.
3. Good English skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Excellent sales and negotiations skills.
6. Good Interpersonal skills, a collaborative style and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
7. Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively within time constraints.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
9. Car driving license.
10. Based in Suzhou / Shanghai area.
