工作职责:
1. Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships and establish and maintain effective relationships with Network employees at the relevant levels to ensure customer loyalty and business retention.
2. Co-ordinate with Customer Service and Operations to ensure a smooth daily operation with KA customers.
3. Develop agendas, proposals, presentations for customer business proposals and reviews.
4. Meet/exceed all agreed upon volume, revenue and other sales budgets.
5. Update/submit in time all required reports, e.g. FCST, CRM, and Competitors Information etc.
6. Work with Customer Service and Finance to monitor and control AR in line with Company’s policy.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 3 - 5 years work experiences in Logistics/FMCG industry.
3. Account Management/Sales/Service role in a service company where analysis and attention to detail was a key success factor.
4. Substantial phone service of customers as well as face to face.
5. Worked with financial measures and KPIs and successfully in a matrix structure.
