工作地点：苏州
工作职责：
1. New production designing from engineering concept cooperating with end-customer.
2. Process prove-in for new product (Drawing making: part drawing optimization, mould/fixture designing, process drawings and parameters determination); process documents development (operation cycle, work instruction, process startup), and sampling process leading up.
3. Technical supports on production line and QC (trouble shooting, problem solving and continuous improvement).
4. Technical support to customers, Sales/Marketing and suppliers.
5. New equipment debug and set up.
6. PFMEA.
7. Process training for new employees.
8. Defining and involvement of cost reduction projects.
任职要求：
1. Thorough understanding of gearhead designing and process, familiar with lawn mover, brush cutter, jig sew and so on.
2. Be proficient in ProE and AutoCAD for designing, smooth in Office application software such as excel, word, power point.
3. A systematical methodology in problem analysis and problem solving.
4. Familiarity with 7 quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, APQP.
5. Self motivated & positive working attitude.
6. A good team member able to collaborate with internal and external departments.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Ability of reading and writing in English is necessary and oral/listening comprehension of English is preferred.
9. Bachelor degree or above, Metallurgical background considering iron-based material.
10. Min. 3 years of practical experience in gardening tool gearbox designing.
