工作职责：
1.Ensure that suppliers are meeting delivery, quality and costing target at all time.
2. Evaluate the suitability of new and existing suppliers for new projects from factories, on quality and technical perspective.
3.Ensure the successfulness of project implementations including ensuring that suppliers follow the adopted Quality procedures.
4.Communication to senior purchasing, sourcing council, executive management, purchasing performance managers/operations, and group purchasing.
任职要求：
1. University Degree in Quality Control, Materials, Engineering, or other related field.
2. More than 3 years working experience in Engineering, Quality Control or Sourcing.
3. Willing to travel on business related trips.
4.Good proficiency in both written and oral English.
5. Ability to take pressure and be a good team work player.
